The bed was super soft and comfy. The pool was closed so that was disappointing. The area is kind of rough. There was armed security and the police was there a few times. But no one bothered us.

I like upstairs good view of my car spacious room, clean. He gave me extra soap and towels i needed.

Christina, Dee, Alex, housekeeping, maintenance & security are awesome. All were very friendly and supportive. The room was very clean. The grounds were kept clean all the time. I felt safe because of security, she is very nice but firm. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The location. The staff is very nice always smiling and ready to serve you and the room and bed is very comfktable

Good area; very close to at least two busses that take cash and a 24hr convenience store at gas station. Can walk to downtown over bridges, riverwalk or San Marco area with a little effort. Easy check-in and check-out with respectful service. Desk and TV with good AC/heater.
